Tai Chi is a soft, flowing art that incorporates self-awareness, coordination, concentration, and self-healing. Qi Gong is a supplemental breathing and energy practice that invigorates all the major organs, tissues, and even bones of the body in an effort to stimulate health, well-being, and peace of mind. Both arts have a long history of health and wellness and have been used for centuries to restore balance and harmony in the body and mind.
Sensei is offering an 8-week course on Tai Chi and Qi Gong. This course is open to beginners and intermediate students. Please contact the dojo to register.
