From I-91 North:

Take Exit 45.

Turn  left onto Rt. 140 West (Bridge St.)

Travel approximately 1/2 mile.
We are on your right, next to Main Fish Market and Good Mornings restaurant.
Parking is available at both the front and rear of the dojo.
